Secure Online Ordering

The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart.  We’ve created it to be very user-friendly, and because it uses 128 bit encryption, you can be sure your personal details are treated with the utmost security and privacy.

At Indulgence Collection we use a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept credit card payment by Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa or we are more than happy to accept bank deposit, cheque or money order. Using these methods will require payment to be cleared before goods will be sent.

Delivery

FREE DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA FOR ORDERS OVER $200.00

At Indulgence Collection we value our customers and strive for excellence in service, so we will aim to have all orders packaged and sent the same day or next business day. 

All orders under $200.00 are charged at a flat fee of $10.00. All orders over $200.00 are sent free of delivery charges. Your order will be delivered to your door and you will be required to sign for the parcel when it arrives, so please supply an address where there is someone available to sign for the parcel.

When will it arrive?

All purchases are dispatched within 24–48hrs. Delivery times vary across the country. Sydney and Canberra customers can expect their delivery within 1-2 business days from dispatch; country NSW, Melbourne and Brisbane can expect their delivery within 2-3 business days from dispatch; the rest of Australia can expect their delivery within 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Gift Certificates

All Gift Certificates are to be redeemed within 12 months from date of issue. Redeemable only online at www.indulgencecollection.com.au. Not redeemable for cash. Not transferable. If purchase price exceeds voucher amount, another payment method is also required. Gift Certificates are delivered within 1-2 days free of delivery charges.

Out of stock items

If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock or is unavailable, Indulgence Collection will contact you immediately to arrange an alternate avenue - this could be getting another of that item in or choosing a different item.

Your items will not be sent until all items are in stock unless otherwise requested.

Customer satisfaction

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, customer satisfaction is our priority here at Indulgence Collection and our aim is that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Should this not be the case we will do our utmost to solve any issue efficiently

Loss or damaged in transit

Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly by email or phone so we can discuss the issue.

Faulty goods

Should an item fall below Indulgence Collection’s high standards, kindly contact us promptly via email, phone or fax within seven days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange or refund which will be at our discretion.  Proof of purchase and a description of the problem will be required.  Please note that items must have labels intact and be in original packaging.  Shipping charges apply and are not refundable.

Privacy

At Indulgence Collection, we respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party.  Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or inform you of special offers.

Pricing

All prices at Indulgence Collection are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD).  We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Refunds & Exchanges

At Indulgence Collection, our items are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched, although our products are of high quality and workmanship things don't always work out.  You may have purchased the wrong size, colour or you may not be completely happy with your purchase.

The good news is, we will happily exchange or issue a credit note of the amount of your items.

All items returned for exchange or a credit note must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, in original packaging, labels intact and unused, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item.

Kindly contact us promptly via email, phone or fax within seven days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange or credit note. The exchange process must be arranged within a reasonable time frame from the purchase date.

Credit notes will only be given on the item value; delivery charges are not refundable.  An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items.

Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
